Neil Chapman

Neil Chapman has worked for over 25 years in the retail and leisure property sector, initially with two of the leading surveying practices in UK, Bernard Thorpe and DTZ plc.

From 1991 he joined Eagle Star Property which subsequently became Threadneedle Property Fund Management. During his time at Threadneedle his main role was leasing and asset management. The tasks included responsibility to reposition distressed retail and office projects, which was managed with some considerable success.

By 1996 Neil had joined McArthur Glen working on their Swindon, Cheshire Oaks, Mansfield and York schemes.

From there he headed up the Outlet development at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth which opened in 2001 creating the first World Class Waterfront in the UK.

Rags joined our retail consultancy from Sunglass Time where she was responsible for Retail Operations, Commercial Strategy, Store Development as well as buying and merchandising.

She opened and operated outlets in Value Retail, McArthur Glen, Nienver, Land Securities, Stable, and Hammerson schemes in Germany, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Belgium, The Netherlands as well as UK.

Rags brings over 12 years outlet experience and has been instrumental in securing a number of key brands in the Gloucester Quays & Lowry Outlet Malls.

Sue has over 20 years’ experience within the Aviation industry, specialising in the on-board product division.

By forging strong client relationships, as well as nurturing strategic collaborations with key brands, she has developed a wealth of experience and an impeccable record in the customer service sector.

As a senior account manager for the one of the leading market players, she has delivered end to end project management for some of Europe’s most prominent flag carriers.  She is used to delivering on time, and on budget propositions, within a highly challenging commercial environment.
