Outlet Aubonne

Outlet Aubonne opened in 2007, developed by IKEA retail. The scheme is adjacent to one of the most successful IKEA stores in the world which attracts circa 3 million visitors per annum.

The Outlet Centre is an enclosed scheme of over 16,500 m², situated at Junction 14 of the A1 Highway which links Geneva & Lausanne.

Currently managed by Inter Ikea Centre Group (IICG), Chameleon Retail was appointed in June 2010 and have been instrumental in repositioning the scheme during a full internal refurbishment of the Centre.

This has been carried out by replacing multi-brand with mono-brand stores and increasing the choice by introducing new categories, as well as considered leasing to top quality high end fashion brands.

Simultaneously we have assisted in the planned marketing, and guiding the asset management.

With new lettings to Desigual, Guess, GANT, Lacoste, Marc O’Polo and Calvin Klein the status of the Centre has evolved with it becoming a genuine destination in the Canton of Vaud. Other key brands include Levi’s, Nike, Diesel, adidas, Lindt, Mango and The Kooples.
