Gloucester Quays

Gloucester Quays opened in 2009.

Chameleon Retail were appointed when the Peel Group purchased a 100% stake in the project during 2011.

Following a strategic review we started re-positioning and re-branding the development to enhance its unique waterside location, situated within the historic docks of the City of Gloucester.

We opened a new leisure quarter as part of the complex in 2012, providing a 10 screen cinema, gym and 10 restaurants.

The retail focus was always on key brands in target categories which we have been successful in securing, each time raising the brand cache of the Centre and resulting in dramatically increased turnover income for these new brands.

Those brands in high demand included Calvin Klein, All Saints, The North Face, Crew Clothing, Jaeger, Fat Face, Jacques Vert, Paul Costello, White Stuff, Asics, Puma, Clarks, Skechers, Chester Barrie, Trickers Shoes, and Bedeck.

New lettings have recently been concluded with Levi’s and Phase Eight.
