City Outlets Paris
The next generation of outlet development brings City Outlets Paris to the heart of Paris and the emerging Romainville district in the zone de l’Horloge. Situated to the north east of the city next to the chic suburb of Pantin and accessible by Metro this unique urban development will be a fascinating destination. The scheme has a CDAC permit for construction which will skilfully blend the existing buildings with new construction to create a 21,000 m² mixed use scheme with the outlet centre at its core alongside a hotel, cafes and restaurants with on-site parking for circa 600 cars and a remote silo across the road for overflow.
Designed by Reichen&Robert the outlet scheme with its
stylish architecture forms part of the gradual urbanisation eastwards along the Canal de l’Ourcq with this rapidly spreading gentrification anchored by the presence of the Hermes and Chanel product development divisions and the newly installed worldwide headquarters of BTEC advertising group. Further major office developments are under construction along with a number of residential apartment buildings by COGEDIM, BNP, Bouygues & Nexity.
The scheme developer Groupe Fiminco will establish a foundation for the Arts with guests from around the world showing exhibitions, holding roundtables, conferences and events alongside the artists in residence.
